SoftMed Technology provides dedicated online assistance for software and hardware setup. Updates, patches, and other maintenance tasks can be performed remotely over the internet.
Warranty and Guidelines

Free online support is available for devices covered under warranty.

Devices outside warranty may incur service fees or replacement charges.

Extended warranty options can be requested for an additional annual fee.

Support is not available for devices purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

How to Get Remote Support
Procedure
Install or Open TeamViewer

If TeamViewer is not installed, download and run TeamViewer Quick Support from www.teamviewer.com.

If TeamViewer is already installed, open it and click the “SUPPORT” icon.
Share Your ID and Password

A window will display your ID (9 digits) and password (4 digits).

Send these details along with your device serial number, full name, and phone number to contact@softmedtechnology.net
Stay Connected During Support

Keep the TeamViewer window open and your computer powered on.

Remain at your device, as support may require your input.

If you cannot be present, provide a detailed description of the issue via email.
